The terms and conditions below form the basis under which your order will be executed. It is important to read them. All prices are quoted in Singapore dollars. GST is not charged.


A nonrefundable deposit  is required to secure your event date. This sum will be deducted from the final invoice. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Payment of the deposit is an acknowledgement of Terms and Conditions. Once the deposit has been paid, the prices and dates are confirmed unless stated otherwise. The balance of the invoice is required at least 2 weeks before the wedding.


The deposit is non-refundable if the wedding and/or event is cancelled for any reason, or the client decides to engage an alternative supplier. If the date must be changed due to unforeseen circumstances such as acts of god, COVID regulations or family emergencies, we will work with you to move your booking to another date, subject to our availability. If you reschedule your booking to a date on which we are unavailable, 50% of your deposit will be returned. 


Any changes to your floral requirements must be discussed 2-3 months ahead of the event date, or later, if triggered by unforeseen COVID regulations. Amendments and/or partial cancellation can be made but the final order amount must meet the 70% of the original quotation amount and the value of goods purchased at the time of partial cancellation. 


Setup, tear-down, delivery and relevant manpower charges may apply. The cost of these services will be specified by TFY based on the requirements. While we endeavor to make all deliveries and complete set-ups within sufficient time before the event, we cannot be held responsible for any unexpected events that may occur which are beyond our control. We will endeavor to make alternative arrangements should this happen. 


TFY prioritise your theme and colours in our ingredient selection and make every effort to provide the highest quality to achieve your aesthetics. We do not guarantee specific flower variety as the seasonality of flowers changes with unpredictable weather patterns. However, we will put in every effort to provide you with the products which have been agreed upon or substitute with items of equal or higher value. Flowers and related sundry items are not exchangeable and non-refundable. TFY reserves the right, without penalty or cancellation by the client, to alter the style and shape of vases, pots, sundry items and display articles should any required items become unavailable prior to the wedding date. Any changes will be discussed beforehand. 


All hired items will be subject to a deposit. The client is fully responsible for all damaged or missing items and the cost of all such items will be deducted from the deposit at its purchase price. The deposit will be returned in full upon safe collection of our property. Should the client have any issues with the quality or standard of the props, the client must notify us upon receipt. TFY reserves the right to rectify any errors on the day without prejudice. Any complaints regarding the quality, shape, size and quantity cannot be accepted after the day of the event. Charges will be made for any glassware returned cracked, chipped or broken. Replacement of goods is charged at the current purchase price; it is then the responsibility of the hirer to reclaim any of these costs from the venue if the venue is at fault. Equipment hired (e.g.: vases, plinths, styling items, stands, etc.) remain the property of TFY at all times.


TFY reserves the right to take photographs of flowers and the setting prior to the wedding, which may be used for promotional purposes.


TFY will make every effort to ensure our venue set-ups adhere to prevailing safety standards. We accept no liability for injury, loss or damage to the hirer or any third party by any equipment hired for use at the event. We will not be held responsible for any injuries or damages sustained as a result of broken glass and other materials. Risks of using dyed or preserved flowers will be clearly explained before contract confirmation. Liability is limited to the supply of goods only. Once the goods leave our premises, or have been delivered, no responsibility will be accepted for any consequential loss or damage. If TFY is engaged for event setups using props, furniture or existing constructions that do not belong to us, we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage that appears before, during or after the event. It is the client’s responsibility to liaise with the venue or other prop supplier to receive and inform TFY of any restrictions, instructions or recommendations regarding the setup, which we will follow.
