• Delivery during standard time slots in Singapore is $18. We deliver between 12-6pm. Please contact us directly if you wish to delivery at other timeslots.
• Delivery surcharges may apply for peak occasions such as Chinese New Year, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and eve of public holidays. 
• We do not deliver on Sunday, Public Holidays and selected eve of Public Holidays.

• We take pride in featuring the best blooms of the season, hence we may not be able guarantee the exact same varieties as presented in our catalog. Where necessary, we will substitute with a bloom that commensurate with the value and style of the product. 

• Change your water entirely every other day. Like all living things, flowers thrive in fresh water.
• Use a sharp scissors to trim 1-2cm off your flower stems each time you change the water. This exposes new stem tissue so they drink up happily.
• Keep your flowers away from sunlight and wind. Flowers are the opposite of potted plants. They prefer cooler places. Exposure to the elements with hasten their demise :(

• Cancellation is allowed 24 hours prior to the selected delivery date for retail orders. Please call us at 90682214 to ensure the request is conveyed promptly. Cancellation requests conveyed on email will not be accepted.
• If you are unhappy with your your order, please contact us with your reasons and provide clear photos. We will resolve the issue in a manner that is fair for all parties.
• Please refer to our event terms and conditions for our wedding and corporate event cancellation policy.

• We recommend reaching out 6-12 months ahead of your wedding. You will need some basic information on hand - such as your wedding date, venue and a broad idea of a style that speaks to you.
• Do provide the information through our enquiry form here and we will reach out with more information on next steps. We typically like to get to know our couples and their aesthetic before committing to a booking. 

• If there is a specific variety that you love or holds a special meaning, we can certainly advise if the specific flower in question is in season, and if will suit the overall design and concept for the event. We will also take your dislikes into consideration and omit said flowers.  Aside from that, we ask that you trust us with all the floral selection as our best work is produced when we have the procurement freedom.
