Delivery will be made on a best effort basis within the selected time slot. We seek your understanding if delays are caused by unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, traffic incidents etc.

Please kindly ensure the delivery address is accurate and a recipient is present to receive the flowers. If a recipient cannot be reached within 15 minutes of the courier’s arrival, your order will be placed at door step.

As the seasons change, so do our blooms. When substituting flowers, we select the freshest seasonal stems of equal or greater value.
